We Normally Work Within A 40 - 50 Mile Radius But Are Available To Travel Further At Extra Cost.

We Also Need A Working Area Of At Least 5M x 4M Due To The Size Of The Show And No Stairs
With Doors Of At Least 1.5M Width Due To Size Of Equipment.

Please Remember We Need At Least 2 - 3 Hours To Set Up So Please Make Sure You Allow For This When Booking Your Venue, And At Least 1 Hour To Pack The Show Away.

We Always Issue Contracts With All Bookings And Require No Deposit Upfront.

Final Payment Can Be Made Using The Following Methods.

Bank Transfer (BACS) To Our Company Account, Paypal. Cash, Cheque, Or Credit/Debit Card 

All Payments Must Be Cleared Before The Booking Date (Please Note There Is A 5% Charge Payable On Credit/Debit Cards & Paypal Payments)

Disco / Roadshow With Full Lighting Music Videos & Karaoke

400- 650 (4 - 5 Hour Show) 

Large Disco / Video Roadshow For Medium To Large Venues. Includes Full Video Projection Of Music Videos And Graphics Onto 2 Large L.E.D. Screens Either Side Of The DJ And Sometimes The Venues Own Projection Screens Or TV's. Guests Can Also Bluetooth Their Photos To The DJ To Be Shown On These Screens.

During The Event Our Photographer Will Take Photos Of The Guests At The Function To Display On The Screens And Also Upload To Our Facebook Page, 

Photos Taken Are Usually Uploaded Within 15 Minutes Allowing Guests To See Them On Facebook Using A Computer, Laptop, Tablet Or Smart Phone.

We Also Video Record The Event Using Our HD Video Camera And Post The Video To YouTube Within 2 Days, With A Link Posted On Our Facebook Page, 

A Copy Of The Photos And The Video Files Are Given To The Client At The End Of The Night On A Flash Drive.

Active Webcam Running Multi Skype Allowing Up To 15 Guests At A Time To View The Dance-floor Cam And Watch The Event From Anywhere In The World Via A Secure Connection With Password
(The Webcam Feed Is Also Moderated By Our Skype Manager For Safety)

We Also Uplight The Venue In Your Colour Theme Using Our Custom Made L.E.D. Uplighters Providing The Venue With The Right Mood And Ambiance.

Large Photo Dressing Up Box With Lots Of Masks, Wigs, Hats, Glasses, Novelties Etc, For Use With Our Custom 3 Metre x 2 Metre Photo Backdrop Which Is Better Than Having Your Own Photo Booth As Photos Taken By Our Own Photographer Are Natural And Not Posed For, Plus Any Guests Can Use Their Own Cameras Or Phones To Take Photos.
